Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing TutorDock. Finding tutors and students, seeing contact details, chatting on the portal and the online classroom are all free of charge. This policy therefore applies only to paid advertising bookings made by businesses.
1. Tutoring services are free
No fee is charged to students, parents or tutors for using TutorDock. There is nothing to cancel and no amount to refund for tutoring use.
2. Advertising bookings
Advertising space is a paid, digital service that goes live on the agreed start date. Once an advertisement is live, the amount paid is non-refundable. If an advertisement is not displayed for the agreed period due to a fault on our side, a proportionate refund will be made after deducting taxes and the value of the service already delivered.
3. Account Suspensions
If an account is suspended or banned due to fraudulent academic marksheets, misrepresentation, or misbehaviour with students, no refund will be issued on any advertising balance remaining on that account.
4. Failed Transactions
If money is deducted from your bank account but your advertising booking is not confirmed, the issue is usually an inter-bank network error. In such cases, the payment gateway will automatically reverse the transaction and return the funds to your original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
