- Personal Identity Data: When you register, we collect names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Tutor Academic Data: For verification, tutors submit qualifications and academic marksheets. These are reviewed manually by our administration team.
- Location Data: We use the Google Maps API to collect neighborhood details and calculate distances between students and tutors for offline tutoring.
- Transaction Data: Payment processing is handled securely by our partner payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To facilitate communication between verified students and tutors.
- To display general locations and calculate distances for tutoring optimization.
- To process subscriptions and contact-slab purchases.
- To manually filter and verify tutor quality.
3. Data Security & Sharing
Your contact numbers and emails are hidden (blurred) from the public index by default. They are only disclosed when an eligible user explicitly purchases an authorized contact slab or subscription tier. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies.
4. Your Rights
You can edit your contact numbers and available time slots at any time through your account dashboard. For account deletion requests, you can email us at our designated support email address.
